Photo Forty-Three: January 8th- 14th, 2011
Seeing as I haven't uploaded anything (or shot very much for that matter) since taking my new job in October, I think it's safe to say I failed my 2010 resolution of uploading one photo every week for a year, and thus, failed this project. I love my job, but I do resent, a little bit, not having the time to devote to some of the things I love to do, like photography.
BUT... for the ten months I was able to give the project, I really feel I was able to develop my eye and I'm really happy with a lot of the work I did in 2010. It's unfortunate I haven't had enough time to focus on photography since October as I was really starting to feel I was gaining momentum in my project during those last few weeks.
So, so it wasn't all completely in vain, I want to finish the project, but with a twist. Due to the lack of time and a long commute, I'm not able to spend a lot of time with my DSLR. I've resolved to finish of the remainder of my 52 pictures on my phone. They say the best camera is the one you have on you, and I want to challenge myself to use my eye more than my gear. So here's the first installment of the renewal of my 52 project, taken on my iPhone...
